Working in a 7-day-a-week, 300-capacity venue is a lot of hard work but our team is passionate about delivering the best beer, leisure and Chinese meal experience we can, every day and evening. And while making our guests happy is the ultimate reward, getting acknowledgement from our peers and taking home big, shiny trophies is just pure icing on our Deep Fried Viennetta Cake.
That's why we were bloody thrilled to take home the trophy for the Australian Bartender 'Best Brewery Bar' for 2023.
A big cheers to all of the other nominees in our category (so many exceptional breweries in the list) and congrats to everyone who picked up a trophy on the night. Australian hospo is at an absolute world-class standard right now and we're stoked to be amongst it.
