Every drop of Hawke’s is brewed with meticulous care on the mezzanine level of our headquarters in Marrickville. While the music we hear from the brewdeck can't be good for anyone, we take comfort in knowing that Brodie and his brewteam are at least doing their best to reduce their impact on the environment.
